Either the owners or the agents may occasionally enter some wrong measurements or wrong details in the property details while giving the details. Please note.

You are solely responsible for any problems arising from placing your submitted property online.

Service Charges / Agent Commission

We charge a flat rate of 1% on the total property price we deal with.

Once introduced to the buyer or their agent and to the seller or their agent, if you buy or sell the property without our knowledge, you will have to pay a commission minimum 1% on the property price.

No Warranties
